Can I customise the design, colour, and style of the pre made designs?
Yes, absolutely! all of our designs can be fully customised to your liking. You can choose the design, colour, and style of the wrappers to create a truly unique and personalised touch for your party.
What happens after I place an order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a design proof within 2-3 business days. Please make sure to provide a valid email address or your Instagram handle if you prefer to receive the proof via Instagram. You will have 5 business days to review the design and either approve it or request revisions.
Once your design is approved to your liking, I will then get busy printing, cutting and hand crafting your personalised items. Depending on the quantity this can take up to 4-5 Business days to complete.
How long does it take to design and complete an order?
Please allow at least 2 weeks to Design, Print, Cut & Handcraft your orders. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please factor in delivery times from Bullsbrook, WA before placing your order. Once your items are completed, we will inform you when pick up is available for local pick up, or we will post them on the following business day.
If you need your order earlier, you can purchase a $5 rush fee.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We strive to exceed customer expectations and want you to love your personalised party favours as much as we do! If you are unhappy with your design draft, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will work with you to find a solution and ensure your satisfaction.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of party theme or cancelled event. As our products are custom made, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be re-sold or re-used. Please ensure you thoroughly check the spelling, punctuation, and details on your design proof to avoid any mistakes as once a design proof is approved it is finalised. However, if there is an error on our behalf, we will replace your order as a priority.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, not at the moment! But we will happily supply Digital Files to all our international friends.
